Artist's description:
Under the theme of „Alchemy in the studio“ this picture emerged as a part of a series of plant prints, in which structures of the plants are put on paper by a special process (“boiled paper/ “eco print”). Thereby forms arise, that are sometimes more detailed, or sometimes more shadowy or merging. As a result not only relatively faithful copies of the plants are possible, but also very own, new worlds can come into being, in which individual plants are not immediately identifiable.. The effects of water, heat and pressure remain inscribed on the paper and are visible as constitutive elements.
